Casa do Laranjal is a building with stone walls, that formerly sheltered the farm animals. It offers 5 double rooms, with direct entrance from the outside through a private porch area, overlooking Ventozelo's central orange grove.

The Casa Romântica is built on a small rural shelter, expanded with a corten steel volume. In this new volume was installed a suite with a bedroom, living room and a small balcony, and the bathroom was installed in the old stone shelter in sight.

Semi-spherical concrete buildings that once served to store wine have been transformed into living spaces, preserving their particular balloon shape characteristics. Each balloon has a suite with a double bedroom, a vaulted room and a small open porch over the landscape.

Casa dos Cardanhos, formerly used for housing temporary farmworkers, was renovated to offer 7 superior double rooms, sold individually. All rooms have an independent exterior patio, with a fantastic river view. There is also a living room for common use of the guests staying in Casa dos Cardanhos.

The Owner's House is the result of an intervention made in the late twentieth century, on a traditional building of the eighteenth century Douro, turning it into a kind of colonial-style hunting lodge. It has 6 superior double rooms arranged around a cloister with a central courtyard, library, dining and living rooms, terrace and private swimming pool overflowing over the river.

Casa do Rio is a recent building, near the river and the dock. It is a single accommodation with two double bedrooms, a living room, a terrace and a large patio.

The Casa da Entrada corresponds to the old seat of the eighteenth-century farmhouse, later enlarged in the twentieth century to house the owners. It has 5 double rooms on the first floor of the building and a suite for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor. These rooms also have a shared terrace facing the sunrise over the orange grove and, to the west, a living room with a glazed balcony overlooking the chapel square and, further afield, the river and the village of Pinhão.

It has 5 Double Rooms on the first floor and a Suite for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor. These rooms can enjoy a shared terrace facing east, that looks over the orange grove, garden and vineyards. To the west, the House has a common living room with a glazed balcony that overlooks the chapel square and, further, the Douro river and the village of Pinhão.
